Every year starting May 1st the Fire Department does inspections of tens of thousands vacant parcels/lots and "at risk" properties that are close to hillsides. The Fire Department refers to them as " Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ).

First time users have to create an account. Then add their Pin, found on the "Client Mailer" sent from the Fire Department, this provides the information for the current status of their property with this year's inspection.
